DEEP is seeking to establish a professional list of qualified full-service caterers to provide end-to-end catering services at DEEP facilities available for rental. DEEP seeks these qualified caterers to provide services for a wide array of social, cultural, or business functions, including but not limited to a party, reception, fundraiser, concert, conference, seminar, or wedding. DEEP anticipates awarding specific scopes of work directly amongst the qualified caterers. Selected caterers will be qualified under this solicitation for three (3) years beginning the spring of 2027.
Caterers may submit qualifications for one or more locations, however caterers who submit qualifications for multiple locations are preferred. Proposals should clearly identify which location(s) their proposal is intended to support.
