The Town invites sealed bids from qualified asphalt paving contractors to mill existing pavement and install hot-mix asphalt overlays on the four roads listed below. The Town may award all roads together, individual roads, or any combination, subject to funding and its best interests. The Town may reject any or all proposals, waive nonmaterial informalities, seek clarifications, and verify qualifications.
Price is the largest factor, but the lowest price is not necessarily the successful proposal. Bids remain valid for 60 days after opening.
