The Town of Windsor (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified multidisciplinary consulting teams to conduct a comprehensive predevelopment feasibility study for a new affordable housing development serving seniors and persons with disabilities. The Town owns a 4.47-acre parcel adjacent to Mill Brook Village and Fitch Court, two Windsor Housing Authority properties. The site currently includes recreational ballfields.
