The intent of this project is to identify and remediate areas of mold and/or microbial growth within Greeneville Fire Station 2 and return affected areas to a clean and serviceable condition.
Contractors shall inspect existing conditions, identify the extent of visible or suspected mold-affected materials, identify apparent moisture conditions contributing to the problem, and recommend an appropriate remediation approach.
The City's objective is to address the underlying conditions contributing to mold growth where identifiable and to properly remove or remediate affected materials rather than simply conceal, paint over, or cosmetically treat affected areas.
