The Ansonia School Building Commission (the “SBC”) and the City of Ansonia, Connecticut (“City”) are requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide pre-construction services, cost estimating, trade contract bidding/negotiation, and construction phase services for the Ansonia Public School District (the “District”) and City, in connection with the design, construction, and closeout of a project for the construction of the new Ansonia Middle School building and grounds (the “Middle School”) and the new District Central Administrative Offices (the “Administrative Offices”) (collectively
the “Project”).The selected firm will be the construction manager “at-risk,” engaged by the City and SBC for the Project to provide construction management
services for the construction of the Project.
The selected construction management firm will provide pre-construction services, cost estimating, trade contract bidding and negotiation, and construction-phase services for the design, construction and closeout of the new Ansonia Middle School building and grounds and the new District Central Administrative Offices.
