The Town of Preston is seeking sealed bids for the project entitled Town Preston Community Park Improvements. This project includes the design and construction of a new approximately 44-foot-by-22-foot open-sided timber bandstand and three post-tensioned concrete pickleball courts with acrylic surfacing, court equipment, perimeter and divider fencing, required noise-dampening acoustical barriers.
The successful contractor shall provide a complete turnkey project—including licensed professional design and engineering, permits, labor, materials, utilities, testing, commissioning, warranties, closeout documentation, and installation and removal of the required DECD project identification sign—in accordance with the RFP documents and all applicable codes and grant requirements.
Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00am on October 21st. A mandatory site walk will take place on October 7th at 9:00am.
