The bid is to remove, store, inspect and provide a report with needed repairs and cost to repair (cost to repair not included in bid) and install in proper location in the Spring.
Navigational Aids: Anchorage buoys — 10 buoys from Main Anchorage (A – K, excluding C), 2 buoys from Meadows Anchorage (A & B) and 1 Rock buoy located northwest of Brockway, and one No Wake buoy at the southern entrance to North Cove.
Channel markers — 11 in North Cove. Install two buoys at the entrance to South Cove.
Floats — Town Dock at Main Street, Mack Lane and Town Park (ramps for Mack Lane and Town Park to be stored with floats). The Mack Lane dock to be removed for the winter. Rock markers:
• Remove the marker by the rocks on the northwest side of Brockway Island and install in the spring.
Navigational aids and buoys shall be set according to directive of onboard EHMC representative.
Removal to be performed on or after November 15, 2026 and completed by November 30, 2026.
