FY26 MIECHV RFP Solicitation
The contractor shall deliver evidence-based home visiting services (Nurse-Family Partnership, Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters, and/or Parents as Teachers) to a minimum caseload of families throughout Colorado. Services include recruiting and retaining MIECHV-eligible families, conducting home visits per model fidelity, collecting and reporting MIECHV performance data (Forms 1, 2, and 4), engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), ensuring qualified staff are hired and trained, providing referrals to internal and external resources, and complying with grant accounting, sub-recipient monitoring, and record retention requirements.
