If a Request for Proposal is solicited and an agreement awarded, the selected vendor will have staff trained in the Familias Unidas model, which includes parent support network group sessions and family visit sessions. The vendor must adhere to fidelity standards, including video recording of family sessions for review by the model purveyor. The vendor will establish a structured process to collaborate with the model purveyor and existing intersectoral groups, connect families with education and support services, collaborate with the 211 Warmline, and report data to DCFS and the model purveyor, including performance outcome measures such as 85% of families referred via FFPSA having their children in home at time-of-service discharge.
