ACP Client Data Removal Services
The contractor shall continuously scan and monitor a broad library of data brokers and public people-search engines to identify and remove participants' personally identifiable information (PII), including full names, aliases, current/historical physical addresses, phone numbers, personal emails, known relatives, and associated property or personal photos. The contractor must execute automated, recurring sweeps and deletion requests for each participant at minimum intervals of every 30 to 90 days, and must provide each participant with a secure online portal to view real-time removal progress. The contractor must also deliver quarterly reports to the ACP Program Manager detailing participant names, total subscriptions opened, volume of data removed, removal efficiency rate, and any other data required for quarterly grant reporting.
