CPW desires a modernized, user-friendly centralized system for more streamlined and organized wildlife damage claim processing as well as improving wildlife damage claim filing for external parties. The system should be both internal and external facing, with sophisticated tracking capabilities to enable data-driven decisions, such as tracking the number of claims a landowner has submitted and the total dollar amount. CPW is open to an off-the-shelf, customizable, or combination solution.
