Room: Classroom Date/Time August 25th, 2026 at 9:00 AM This is a high security facility. Bidders who already have access to Buckley SFB can meet at the building address given above. Those without access must arrive at the Buckley SFB Visitors Center located at 1553 S. Vail Street, Aurora, CO 80018 (Mississippi Gate) by 8:00 AM to obtain a visitors pass. Must be U.S. born, and have a REAL-ID compliant drivers license or passport, vehicle registration and insurance are required. The scope includes the renovation of two toilet/shower rooms, approximately 330 square feet, involving demolition, rough and finished carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting. Work includes demolishing specific walls, concrete cutting and patching, trenching for a new electrical panel, constructing new walls, adding electrical outlets and exhaust fans, and modifying doors. Alternate #1 involves replacing sheet vinyl flooring with resinous epoxy flooring.
