NHCSB invites bids for bulk-delivered breakfast, lunch and afterschool snack meals for SY 2026-2027. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all mandatory specifications. Vendor must execute the contract by August 17, achieve full operational readiness by August 20, and begin regular meal service September 1, 2026. Bids are due August 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. ET.

The awarded Vendor will prepare meals off site, deliver them in bulk or approved service containers, and provide the records and equipment specifically required by this IFB. The Vendor must provide complete meal-crediting and nutrition documentation before service, maintain food safety, permits, licenses, insurance, vehicles and production facilities, and provide all equipment specifically required for the Vendor's proposed delivery and bulk-service method. The Vendor shall also train NHCSB food service staff on the Vendor's menu, bulk-service method, portion-control utensils, reheating/holding instructions, product substitutions, allergen information and documentation supplied by the Vendor.
