This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide comprehensive modernization of passenger/service elevators EL-B3 and EL-B4, and freight elevator EL-B5 within the North Lobby of the MCEC. Furnish and install a front-of-house access barrier to shield the work zone and restrict public access during construction, including third-shift, non-dark-day operations.
Pre-Bid Conference: A prebid conference will be held at 10:00am on August 12, 2026, starting at the North Lobby of the MCEC located at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walkthrough of the site.
