The selected vendor will decommission the existing legacy hardware system and implement a turnkey commercial-grade hybrid solution suitable for public municipal meetings, presentations, and remote participant collaboration. The scope includes system design and consultation, equipment procurement and installation, hybrid integration with platforms like Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms, control system modernization, and testing and commissioning with at least four hours of in-person training for municipal staff. All equipment and work must carry a warranty of at least three years, and the entire project must be fully installed and operational by June 30, 2027.
