The City of Melrose ("City") hereby requests proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms interested in providing engineering services for the Citywide Stormwater Modeling and Alternatives Analysis project. The project consists of the evaluation, modeling, and alternatives analysis of the city's existing stormwater infrastructure. As referenced in this document, the term "Consultant" shall mean an individual or firm, its staff, and all subconsultants.
