Pre-Bid Conference: There will be a mandatory site visit on 8/14/26 at 10am. Interested contractors should email Maj Vincent Tripodi, at vincent.tripodi.1@us.af.mil to request security access. All attendees must be REAL ID compliant.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment to safely isolate and lockout/tagout the Daikin unit, recover refrigerant, remove and dispose of the old coil, install a new OEM Daikin condensing coil, pressure test and evacuate the system, charge with refrigerant, and perform operational startup and testing. The project also requires compliance with military standards (UFC), prevailing wage rates, and submission of certified payroll.
