At India (I) range, remove the top layer of loam and soil fill to the inner liner mat. Contain and dispose of soils removed. Restore/replace the fabric liner. Install new 1/4" minus soils on entire berm, install jute mat and hydro seed. All work must start after 1 October 2026 and be 100 percent complete by 30 December 2026.
