Independent Medical Examination (IME) RFR
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Independent Medical Examination (IME), Fitness-for-Duty, and other employment-related medical evaluation services, as well as managed care and medical cost containment services, for EOEEA and its agencies, including the Massachusetts Environmental Police. Services include coordinating and scheduling IMEs, maintaining a statewide network of board-certified physicians, providing medical cost containment services such as medical bill review, PPO repricing, nurse case management, utilization review, drug utilization review, and diagnostic testing coordination. The Contractor must also provide secure web portal access, user training, technical support, and reporting including monthly cost savings reports and annual program analytics.
