MassDOT is requesting input on potential approaches, capabilities, and solution architectures for a Crash Data Management, Geocoding, Safety Analytics, and Public Transparency solution. The solution should support automated ingestion, management, validation, and quality control of crash data; comprehensive crash geocoding management with automated and manual workflows; advanced reporting, self-service analytics, and public-facing data portals; enterprise integration with GIS, roadway inventory, and other business systems; AI-assisted capabilities with human-in-the-loop workflows; and security, accessibility, and operations compliance. Optional capabilities related to Citation data management are also of interest.
