Loading Dock Removal and Installation of Asphalt Driveway

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, and incidentals to remove and replace the existing asphalt driveway in its entirety. Work includes saw cutting pavement, removing existing asphalt, hauling and disposing of debris, scarifying and compacting the gravel subbase, installing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) 3/4-inch Binder Course and HMA 3/8-inch Top Course per MassDOT specifications, installing pavement markings to match original striping (including parking stalls, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, handicap spaces), and final cleanup. The Contractor must coordinate with the Owner, maintain safe access, provide traffic control, verify field conditions, and notify the Owner of unforeseen conditions.
