The contractor must plow all driveways and parking areas, clear sidewalks, walkways, ramps, steps, and entrance areas, and apply ice melt at three group home locations: 122 Madison Street, 480 Stanley Street, and 58 North Court Street, Fall River, MA. Services commence when snow reaches approximately 2 inches or as directed. The contractor must maintain emergency access routes, communicate with the Facility Director before and during storms, and provide documentation after each event. The contract runs from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.
