The project consists of identifying, accessing, and repairing leaking Victaulic couplings, fittings, and associated piping connections throughout the building hot water loop system. Work includes site preparation, system isolation and draining of approximately 8,000 gallons of glycol/water mixture, removal and replacement of Victaulic couplings and fittings on 10", 6", 4", and 3" piping connections, refilling the system with ten new 55 gallon drums of glycol (CRYO-TEK-100 Anti-Freeze), air removal and system testing, and insulation replacement and restoration.
