The Town would like to see a mix of affordability levels, ranging from 80% AMI to 200% AMI.
Pre-Bid Conference: Interested Proposers are encouraged to attend a voluntary on-site briefing session at 12:00 p.m. on, November 2, 2026 at 26 Shank Painter Road. Attendees should pre-register for the session by emailing scorea@provincetown-ma.gov.
