Sealed Bids for construction of the Phase 2 (East) Route 28 Water Main Replacement Project for the Harwich Water Department will be received by Superintendent Jason Trepanier, Harwich Water Department in their office at 196 Chatham Road, Harwich, MA 02645 until 2 PM local time on June 30, 2026 and at that place and time will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project is being bid under the provisions of M.G.L. c.30, s39M.
