The services for which MassHousing is requesting proposals consist of investment management and advisory services to actively manage its Multi-Family and Single-Family bond resolutions, Mortgage Insurance Fund and Working Capital Accounts.
The selected firm(s) will assist in the daily management of MassHousing's investment portfolio pursuant to stated investment objectives, place all orders for the purchase and sale of securities, communicate settlement information to MassHousing staff and its reporting consultants, assist in coordinating security settlement, serve as a general resource for information and training regarding fixed income securities, work with staff and cash flow consultants to ensure investment strategy is consistent with cash requirements, provide monthly and quarterly statements of investment activity and portfolio value, provide investment strategies to improve return performance, and provide standardized electronic trade files for all executed transactions.
