The City of Columbus is seeking Request for Proposals in response to a Best Value Procurement (BVP) to enter into a Universal Term Contract (indefinite quantity) to purchase articulating wheel loaders to be used as material handlers at the Compost facility. The City will negotiate a contract with the selected vendor for a term of three (3) years beginning at the date of execution through January 31, 2030, with one (1) additional one (1) year extension option. This will be negotiated with the finalist.
