Oakhill Reserve Amenity Center & Phase 2 Landscape Improvements

1. Install playground equipment per plan;

2. Install drainage per plan;

3. Install monument columns per plan;

4. Install site furnishings per plan;

5. Install sidewalks per plan;

6. Install plant material per plan;

7. Install irrigation system per plan;

8. Install lighting per plan;

9. Repair existing pavement, etc. if affected;

10. Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project;

11. Perform testing as specified on installed lines; and

12. Clean-up project area upon completion.
