INTENT: The City of Seabrook is seeking a professional partner capable of guiding the project from initial discovery and concept development through budgeting, sponsorship, procurement and coordination of event services, marketing coordination, logistics, on-site production and post-event evaluation. The anticipated signature event is intended to be a two-day destination-oriented experience designed to generate overnight visitation and measurable hotel room nights in Seabrook. The creative structure remains intentionally open: the selected firm will help the City determine the strongest format, including how a primary signature event and a complementary highlight, kickoff, preview, reception, showcase or other activation on the preceding day can work together to encourage visitors to stay overnight. In addition, the City seeks optional pricing for the same firm to provide event development, planning, production and/or management services for smaller City events on an as-needed basis. These additional services are not guaranteed and will be separately authorized by the City.

Most Texas work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
