This project will consist of the upgrade of the existing span-wire traffic signal system to a mast arm signalized intersection with the incorporation of Miovision detection cameras, customized illuminated signs, and luminaires. All mast arms, signal poles, pedestrian poles, signal heads/visors, luminaires, and associated hardware are to be painted black. New sidewalk, curb, and ramps meeting ADA requirements are proposed with transition panels as indicated in plans, since no driveways will be modified. Ramps will be constructed with detectable warning surfaces. Proposed striping and St. Augustine sod will be installed in the final stages.
