The "Leonard Project" is approximately 9 miles of 84" Raw Water Pipeline from an existing 96" Pipeline to the Leonard Water Treatment Plant.
Pre-bid meeting: October 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM (Chicago) — This meeting will serve as the NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting for the Request for Qualifications 01, 02 and 03 (RFQ 1, 2 and 3): Project 642 Texoma Raw Water Pipeline No.2 and Project 633 Texoma to Leonard Raw Water Pipeline. This Pre-Bid Meeting will capture only the following work solicited under RFQ 01 which includes the following – • RFQ 01 – Construction Material Testing • RFQ 02 – Haul Route Condition Assessment Survey • RFQ 03 – Construction Progress Drone Survey This is a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting.
