The Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) Carrizo System Expansion: Well Drilling Project consists of mobilization and demobilization; pilot hole drilling, geologic logging, and evaluation at seven (7) well sites; construction, development, and completion of seven (7) public supply groundwater wells in the Carrizo Aquifer; installation of permanent well casing and screens; and construction of associated concrete surface slabs and pump foundations. The Contract also includes an additive bid item for temporary test well construction and testing, which may be authorized by the Owner at individual well sites based on subsurface conditions encountered during pilot hole drilling and logging.
