The project includes a multi-component public infrastructure and park improvement project.
Phase 1 (GMP#1) of this project includes: improvements at Mabel Clare Thomas Park and storm water improvements at Kyle Avenue.
-- Site improvements include (but are not limited to): mass grading, demolition, SWPPP, tree protection, landscape/hardscape/irrigation, site utilities & infrastructure upgrades, concrete paving & sidewalks, concrete foundations & retaining walls, concrete sandblasting & custom concrete graphics, lighting & power, pedestrian bridge, playground equipment, PIP play surfacing, athletic equipment, athletic court resurfacing, custom metal drainage grates, park signage, park furnishings & amenities.
-- Phase 1 of this project also includes a new pavilion and a new restroom building that include (but are not limited to): concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, waterproofing, metal roofing, doors, finishes, toilet accessories, louvers, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm.
