Phase 2 interior tenant improvement and complete finishout of the existing MCUD Administration Office Building shell. Work generally includes interior framing and gypsum assemblies; interior doors, frames, glazing and hardware; architectural specialties and accessories; ceilings and decorative beams; tile, resilient flooring, carpet and base; painting and acoustic felt wall panels; casework and countertops; plumbing; HVAC; electrical and lighting; communications pathways; coordination of Owner-furnished equipment; testing; cleaning; and project closeout. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete and operational interior build-out in accordance with the Contract Documents.

No formal pre-proposal meeting will be held. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all Contract Documents and addenda prior to submitting a proposal. Questions regarding the proposal process or Contract Documents shall be submitted in accordance with the RFP. All proposals must comply with the submission requirements contained in the RFP. Late proposals will not be accepted. MCUD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities as permitted by law.
Offerors shall review the complete Request for Proposal, Technical Specifications, drawings, and all issued addenda prior to submitting a proposal. Dimensions and existing conditions shall be field verified by the Contractor prior to ordering or fabrication. Written dimensions govern; drawings shall not be scaled. Where requirements differ, the more stringent requirement shall apply unless otherwise clarified in writing by MCUD. Product names shown in the Contract Documents establish design, appearance, and quality standards; substitutions require written approval prior to purchase. Offerors are responsible for coordinating all trades and including all work reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents necessary to provide a complete and operational interior build-out.
