Tekton Construction and Development Partners is requesting subcontractor proposals for the civil/site development work associated with the FM 359 Office Condo Development, located at FM 359 @ Rogers Rd, Fulshear, TX 77441. The project site is approximately 3.49 acres.
Pricing shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, installation, testing, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the applicable civil scope in accordance with the provided drawings, specifications, details, and bid documents.
Civil scope generally includes:
The drawings specifically include civil site, grading, drainage, utility, paving, SWPPP, traffic-control, detention, and civil-detail sheets. The site plan also identifies concrete pavement, sidewalks, curbs, accessible routes, detention, storm sewer inlets, and junction boxes.
Bid Requirements: Bidders shall review the complete Civil drawing set, specifications, details, geotechnical information, and all documents applicable to their scope. Verify dimensions, quantities, elevations, existing conditions, and utility connections before submitting pricing. Do not scale drawings. Any discrepancies, missing information, or conflicts shall be submitted to Tekton Construction and Development Partners for clarification prior to bidding.
Clearly identify all inclusions, exclusions, qualifications, assumptions, alternates, unit prices, lead times, schedule requirements, and proposed substitutions in the proposal. Any issued revisions or addenda shall supersede previous drawings and documents.
Note: The civil drawings indicate that landscaped areas are to be rough graded, while finish grading, landscaping, and sprinkler systems are by the Owner, unless otherwise specifically requested.
