The Fire Station facility includes a ventilated, 5-Engine Bay area with adjacent decontamination area, gear/locker area and other miscellaneous Engine Room support areas. There is a conditioned Administration area with Entry Vestibule, Day Room, Kitchen, Offices, Toilets, Janitor and Storage rooms and a large Meeting Room. The Administration area interior walls/partitions are constructed of metal studs and drywall. The higher roofs are standing seam metal over rigid insulation on structural metal deck on steel beam and bar joists. The lower roof is a modified bitumen system.
