The selected firm will develop a design and construction bid package to replace the trash racks at the Mill Creek Barrier Dam. This work involves a) development of a plan to dredge, remove, and dispose of the silt in the Dam's forebay, b) design of new trash racks, c) development of a construction bid package to replace the current trash racks with newly manufactured trash racks, and d) construction oversight.
