The Contractor shall produce six complete, construction-level plan sets (two duplexes, two triplexes, two fourplexes) that are permit-ready and pre-approved by the Department of Buildings & Inspections. The work includes coordinating with City staff, integrating cost control and constructability, designing for site adaptability, conducting stakeholder engagement, facilitating interagency review, producing a BuildReady Implementation Package and program support materials, and providing construction phase support including observation of a demonstration project and documenting lessons learned.
