IFB C26950002 - Silverwood Lake SRA - Refuse Disposal Service Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Refuse Disposal Services as described herein: All work shall be completed in accordance with the service specifications, as described in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Refuse Disposal Service Bid Form and contract documentation for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable sales tax and other expenses. The scope of work shall include refuse disposal services only. The Department will provide and maintain its own refuse containers/bins, and the Contractor shall be responsible for the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse from the Department-provided containers. Contractor shall ensure that all container lids are securely closed prior to dumping the contents of the container to prevent waste or debris from falling or escaping during the dumping process and to prevent damage to the lid or truck during the dumping process. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived ¿ however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
