Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 9/14/2026, at 11:30 AM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Lana Ponomarenko at Lana.Ponomarenko@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type A - General Engineering Contractor license or type B ¿ General Building Contractor license.
