Arrive at least 30 minutes early and bring business cards. Please be sure to review the IFB Packet under Section 3.b. for further details of requirements to access the Base. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 10/1/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 130797.
