Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 130797, March ARB Annual Backflow Testing and Certification and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders may attend the optional pre-bid job walk on 9/24/2026, at 11:00 AM at March Air Reserve Base (ARB), 5237 Air Guard Way, Ste 23, Bldg 2276, March ARB, CA 92518. Arrive at least 30 minutes early and bring business cards. Please be sure to review the IFB Packet under Section 3.b. for further details of requirements to access the Base. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license.
