California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is inviting you to review and respond to this Request for Quote for Information Technology Services (RFQ-ITS), entitled RFQ¿ITS RFQ-ITS 26-0063 Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Dashboard. The CAL FIRE Project Management Office (PMO) works closely with executive leadership, with IT, and the entire Department. As projects are added to the team, it is required that PMO be able to provide up-to-date reports showing the progress of ongoing projects as well as the resources being used and the status towards completion. Using the existing Microsoft 365 environment, as well as Microsoft Planner Pro, the PMO needs a tool enter the data related to a project in order to accurately track projects as they come in. The PMO requires an expanded and integrated PPM solution capable of tracking a wider set of metrics, improving project visibility, and enabling consistent reporting across all current, planned, and future projects, using Microsoft Planner Pro and Power BI dashboards to track a portion of project activities. The enhanced solution shall support financial tracking, resource assignment, schedule indicators, risk/issue identification, and provide executive¿level dashboards for monitoring project health and portfolio performance.
