The Offeror will inspect and monitor vehicle production at multiple manufacturing facilities, report and help rectify specification compliance issues, update vehicle specifications and the paratransit vehicle catalog, evaluate vehicle bids and proposals, conduct pre-award and post-delivery audits including Buy America audits, hold pre-production meetings, inspect prototypes, and provide technical assistance on special projects.
