The Illinois Department of Transportation, District 1, Traffic System Center (TSC), 445 W. Harrison St. Oak Park IL 60304, requires a Vendor to provide Janitorial Services for the facility. The janitorial services shall include, but not limited to, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and strip and waxing tile floors as specified in scope of work contained within this contract. The Vendor shall supply liners, cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies, and paper products as needed. Regular services include cleaning five times per week (clean and sanitize washrooms, empty trash, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping), cleaning one time per week (clean washroom tile walls, clean lunchroom, vacuum all areas except computer and telemetry rooms, clean mirrors and doors), cleaning one time per month (clean all washroom tile walls floor to ceiling, clean shower and janitor's closet, clean glass and frames, vacuum blinds, dust diffusers, sanitize mop heads, replace deodorizers), and cleaning once per year or as needed (clean interior office windows, clean stairway skylights, remove fingerprints, scrub wastebaskets, clean light fixtures, shampoo carpet, strip wax and buff tile floors).
