The State surplus inventory system requires the AssetWorks annual license renewal to maintain its present level of functionality, specifically the Recoup Annual Renewal for the period of service from October 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. The software is a hosted web-based platform for the disposal and transfer of all state assets, including office furniture, vehicles, electronics, and more, and includes features such as reports, custom searching, asset creation, import/export, integrations with SAP and GSA, and the iBid auction system. No professional services or modifications are part of this contract.
