Pre-Bid Conference: There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held on September 24, 2026 at 10am located at 1315 Lehman Drive, Chester. IL. Bidding vendor must attend. Sub-Contractors can attend with the bidding vendor but not in place of the bidding vendor.
The contractor shall furnish and install one commercial conveyor-type, high-temperature dishwasher certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 3, operating on 480V, 3-phase power. The dishwasher must sanitize using heat only, with final rinse temperature at 180°F. The contractor must be a licensed plumber and provide all plumbing and electrical work necessary for installation, including reconnecting and calibrating existing chemical dispensers. The contractor shall also decommission and remove the existing Hobart CRS-86 dishwasher. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards.
