Menard Correctional Center is seeking to procure 225,000 lbs. of White Tubular Knit Jersey to be used in the manufacturing of white T-shirts.
The vendor shall supply approximately 225,000 total lbs. of white tubular knit jersey fabric in various widths (20"–33") over a three-year term. The fabric must be 4.5 oz. per sq. yd., 50/50 poly/long staple cotton, 26/1 first quality yarn, with specific CPI and WPI ranges, anti-shrink and anti-curl finish, rolled 35–45 lbs. per roll on 2"–2.5" cores, poly bagged with labels. Color must match White Pantone 11-4800 TPX. No seconds or seams are accepted. One order of 120,000 yards per fiscal year is expected, delivered by June 30 each year to Menard Correctional Center's warehouse or knit shop dock.
