The vendor shall provide elevator and vertical platform lift maintenance service for seven units at Menard Correctional Center: North II Annex Building (Montgomery Kone Hydraulic Passenger), Health Care Unit (Otis Hydraulic Passenger), Education (Otis Cable Freight), Randolph Hall (Porch-Lift Vertical Platform Lift), MSU Vocational Building (Vertical Platform Lift), Broom Shop (Autoquip Corporation Freight), and ICI Knit Shop (Robert Gillespie Co. Freight). Maintenance includes all necessary services, parts, and materials; monthly routine examinations and adjustments; annual no-load test and five-year full load test per ANSI A17.1; emergency service response within 3 hours; and complete inspections required by the State of Illinois Fire Marshal Office. The vendor must also maintain spare parts inventory and provide records of all tests, repairs, and maintenance.
