The vendor shall operate a gift shop concession at the World Shooting & Recreational Complex in Sparta, Illinois, selling souvenirs, books, apparel, home décor, collectables, gifts, sporting goods, novelties, newspapers, and post cards. The vendor must be open during scheduled WSRC sporting events (e.g., SCTP Regionals, ATA US Open, Grand American) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on specified days, and may optionally be open year-round. The vendor shall provide all supplies, labor, supervision, maintenance, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to open, operate and maintain the concession. The vendor must also maintain cleanliness, provide refuse containers, handle interior decorating with prior approval, and accept cash, debit, or credit cards. IDNR is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, building maintenance, parking lots, and restroom cleaning.
