The vendor will provide vans, options and accessories on an as-needed basis to governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies. All vehicles shall be new, unused, and the manufacturer's current models in production at the time of order. The vendor must be the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, and must be licensed in accordance with 625 ILCS 5/5-101. Delivery will be made F.O.B. Destination to locations within the State of Illinois, with specific delivery points including Central Management Services in Springfield and Elgin, the Illinois Toll Highway Authority, and the Illinois State Police.
